02/22/11 (People Port) The title comes from a recent email. The U.M. has promised I will not make money on a project in the past, the article, Yes, We Are Out Of Gold is another. Google has implied in the past, it is University Services that keeps my clicks limited to my own.
Both the U.M. and Google would be better served reading. Calls, emails go un-returned for far too long. Just so you know, ads clicked, tell me what the reader wants to read, how many readers that could sign up for subscriptions and the like. All interesting data someone in business would need to make business decisions. My readers seem to indicate they like reading my business strategies.
I am grateful for for every reader, even if that reader is a Senior Administration official. I do expect to profit from my work. How I make this venture pay is up to me, not some unknown person that did not want me to run an article. I do not expect recognition because it is the reader that decides how and what information to use. That is real skill and I am happy to help because at one time, that really helped my overall income. Earning a living would be fine. That has not happened in years.
Do not intend to fill volumes with the how-did-this-happen'es Though, some like, No room at the inn were a nice touch. Articles like these -according to those unknowable experts- will prune my readership. I am happy to find out if that is true, however, Why the U.M. has operated to kill off my businesses for the past twenty years is beyond me.
