Up until last week, the New York Mayor thought a trial in New York was a good idea. Not now.
Who thinks that kid (if someone does not assassinate him) would get a fair trial before a military commission. Apparently a large portion of those caught and sent home have gone through a twelve step program. We know what that means. Our mental wards may need hardening. A military base in New York City may be the best place.
Notes:
I am for holding each of them until al-Qaida is eradicated. That may mean turning Gitmo into a mental hospital. The Saudi Care program seems to work most of the time, We may need to adapt that program for those we still hold.
Shooting them because they do not wear a uniform and should be considered spys is wrong because the correct term is enemy combatants.
