EEOC Style Commissions Do Not Work

by J John Swanko

President Obama feels an EEOC style fix would help with malpractice reform. Have not found that to be true. States, especially Florida, could save lots of money by doing away them.

They try to run out the clock whenever possible. When that does not work, they use any excuse. The EEOCs of the nation may help those with complaints against little firms, however, large ones get an opportunity to learn just how much they can get away with. Some even complain that the person complaining does not have a phone, this despite on their seemingly pro-person-complaining form they have a contact section that explicitly states how the best way to contact.

Health reform is almost complete. Let us be sure patients, doctors, and hospitals are protected. If the EEOC style commission is used, make sure patients, doctors have real access to lawyers. As I have complained many times before, the going it alone approach does not work. In looking into the matter, Never could find an instance wher they did work.

I prosecuted and had issue a US Utility Patent
